The 2026 Lexus IS is offered in two trims - IS 350 and IS 350 F SPORT - and both are powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine producing 311 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. Buyers can choose between a rear-wheel-drive (RWD) setup paired with an eight-speed Sport Direct Shift automatic transmission or an all-wheel-drive (AWD) configuration that uses a six-speed automatic transmission.

For the 2026 model year, Lexus has made subtle refinements to the sedan's Electric Power Steering (EPS) calibration and suspension tuning, helping both trims deliver sharper response and a more engaging driving experience.
