 Loaner Vehicle Policy
For the convenience of customers, loaner vehicles are provided to our Lexus customers servicing a Lexus vehicle at no charge
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must present a valid driver's license at time of loaner checkout.
- Must present current insurance (Customer's insurance is primary).
- Must present major credit card (debit card will not be accepted) at time of checkout.
- Customer is responsible for any damage(s) to the vehicle while in their possession.
- Dealership is not responsible for items left in the loaner.
- All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel at the time of checkout. Fuel replacement cost is charged at $5.00 per gallon*.
- Loaner vehicles can only be driven by listed driver(s) on the insurance policy of the vehicle be serviced.
- No smoking in the loaner vehicles. Violators will be charged $150.00.
- For health reason for our other guests, No Pets in our loaner vehicles.
- Customer will be charged $100.00 per day for vehicles not returned within 24 hours of customer being notified vehicle has been completed.
- Customers are responsible for all tolls, parking, and traffic violations.
- Vehicles are not to be driven outside a 175-mile radius from dealership.
*All Lexus loaner vehicles have Telematic capabilities. Vehicle fuel level, GPS location and vehicle health status are electronically monitored. Loaner vehicles are only available for Lexus customers servicing a Lexus vehicle.
